The clean and spacious bathroom, along with the big bed, made it feel like an apartment. The 24*7 service and kitchen were ideal for drivers. The location was convenient, close to shops and banks. The breakfasts were fine, especially the jam and Armenian tea. The staff were absolutely great people, kind, supportive, and open-minded.

yerevan zoo is easily reachable, situated just 1 mile away. one of the dining options, cucina was 10 mins walk away. location met the criteria.

The room design was appealing and cozy. the location was convenient, close to a shopping center and different banks. the breakfast was fine, although they could improve some aspects in the continental option, such as adding some fruits or cookies. the quality of the dishes was good, and the Armenian tea was a pleasant surprise. the staff was helpful and friendly.
It was disappointing to find out that there was no lift, and we had to carry our bags upstairs. there was no coffee maker or kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch for a romantic escape.
